Today I took on the task of cleaning some very old tile and grout which had years of dirt build up from dogs, and some carpet that looked good to the naked eye, but lit up like Christmas once I used my urine detection gear on it.

The pet odours were quite strong and the urine covered around 80% of the carpet.

The carpet was urine treated and thoroughly flushed out, the carpet was then pre-sprayed and scrubbed with a 175 machine to agitate the fibres and help remove and break up soiling.  The carpet was then ready to be steam cleaned and finally we applied an anti-microbial odour treatment to combat any lingering odours.
