Before we embark on your amazing Carpet Steam Cleaning experience, here is a quick run down on what to expect with Our 8 Step Steam Cleaning Process.

Step 1: Pre-Inspection

As a matter of first importance, each of our incredible carpet cleaning experiences begins with a thorough and careful pre-inspection.

Step 2: Dry Soil Extraction

We then thoroughly vacuum your carpet with a commercial grade high filtration HEPA vacuum cleaner.

Step 3: Pre-Spot Treatment (optional)

We use speciality spotting techniques to treat any stains and at this point, we can make you aware of any stains that may be permanent.  Treating stains that are treatable beforehand ensures a better chance of removal.

Step 4: Pre-Spray

We will pre-spray all areas of your carpet using our unique non-detergent pre-spray that breaks down all the dirt particles and kills all those nasties in your carpet.

Step 5: Fibre Agitation (optional)

We then use our CRB machine (counter rotating brush) to agitate the carpet fibres helping to lift and restore the carpet pile. Gently brushes the cleaning solution into all the carpet fibres while agitating to thoroughly detach soiling from the fibres.

Step 6: Steam Cleaning:

Once we loosen and remove the soiling, using our state-of-the-art high steam cleaning process we will thoroughly clean your carpet.  Our custom built truck mount machine is designed to leave your carpet as dry as possible.

Step 7: Grooming and Post Inspection (optional)

As an added option we reset the carpet fibres by grooming your carpet. This raises the pile, therefore helping your carpet dry even faster and furthermore, improves visual appearance.

Step 8: Carpet Stain Protection (optional)

Our carpet and upholstery stain protection works to repel food and drink stains, dirt, grime and contaminants. Keeping the stains, contaminants and pollutants from penetrating carpet, upholstery and tile and grout.
